Personal Training in a Fitness Centre:
I'm excited to announce that I've partnered with Prestige Harbourfront Resort here in Salmon Arm to provide personal training services at their facility. They have a beautiful fitness centre with state of the art equipment.
If you're already a member or prefer to workout in a gym setting rather than at home, I'd love to work with you there. I will provide a custom workout program for you based on your needs and preferences, and then we will meet at the fitness centre regularly so I can guide and encourage you through your workouts.

Fitness Centre Orientation:
If you're a new member at Prestige Harbourfront Resort Athletic Club, or if you've been there for a long time but aren't familiar with all the equipment, you can purchase a one time orientation. I'll demonstrate how to use each piece of equipment and answer any questions you may have. The cost of an orientation is $50.
