Hello, I'm Tricia
Hi there, my name is Tricia Martin and I'm a certified Personal Training Specialist, Nutrition Coach and owner of Homestyle Fitness!
I love working with people and helping them discover the joys and benefits of a healthy active lifestyle. Celebrating your victories with you is one of my greatest joys!
My unique approach is that I encourage exercise and nutrition for the sake of real, deep health and well-being, rather than for appearances. This means I ensure that we create sustainable habits that are suited to your needs and preferences, and I help you celebrate all the benefits of exercise and nutrition that you might not normally think of.
In the past I managed a community fitness centre for 5 years and trained clients there. I have also taught senior's group exercise classes, and worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in a retirement setting.
Providing my own fitness and nutrition coaching service is a dream come true and I can’t wait to meet you and share my passion for an active lifestyle with you.

All good things take a little work and a lot of time. There will be ups and downs. That's why it's important to stick to it. As your coach I'll do my very best to keep you motivated and on track.
Getting fit takes time. Seeing results takes time. There are no shortcuts or magic pills (don't listen to anyone who says there are!). Patience is your strongest weapon and like they say, slow and steady wins the race.
