Are you ready for a snack that tastes like a heavenly dessert? Or a dessert that actually has some nutritional value? Good.
It can be challenging to eat enough protein in a day for optimal health. Luckily, this recipe contains SKYR yogourt (you know, the kind with 19g of protein per serving. You're welcome!)
This snack is super satisfying because it contains a mix of protein, fat and carbohydrates. It also has creamy, crunchy and juicy textures for an all-in-one experience.
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1/2 cup SKYR yogourt
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp SKOR bits
1 apple, sliced (to dip into the heavenly peanut-SKOR goodness)
Directions:
Mix yogourt, peanut butter, maple syrup and SKOR bits together. Slice an apple and dip away.
Notes:
You can use greek yogourt instead, but it won't be as thick, nor have as much protein.
You can choose to eliminate either the maple syrup or the SKOR bits if you want to reduce the sugar content. I would recommend keeping the SKOR bits for the crunchy texture.
Once you run out of apple slices I give you full permission to use a spoon to finish the dip. Enjoy!
