Overnight Oats

Overnight oats make busy mornings better. Using the recipe below you can make either a peanut butter banana version, or a yogourt and berry version. Or, you could do it all together for a peanut butter, yogourt, banana and berry extravaganza.


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional- goes well with sliced bananas)

  • 2 tbsp yogourt (optional- goes well with berries)

  •  sliced banana OR berries (or both)


  1. Add all the ingredients except the fruit to a mason jar, cup or bowl and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Add fruit.

  4. Add more milk or maple syrup if necessary and enjoy!
